Hi everyone! It’s your favorite baker checking in! Since our last post, we’ve managed to have a great day at the bakery with everyone coming in to munch on some yummy Chametz AND try out our rich and chocolatey Oatmeal Fudge Bars (and have YOU voted yet?)!
Anyway, the board-up fellas FINALLY came along at about 4:30 AM and did a great job boarding up the damage, saving the front door, and making sure we’re at business as usual, so do NOT hesitate to come in, check it out, and pick up your favorite pastry or bread.
In the days and weeks ahead, we’ll be starting repairs and renovations, so stay tuned for progress reports, new pastries, and a major new project we’re starting that will change completely rejuvenate Lax and Mandel!
