Hi there! Sorry we haven’t posted anything for a couple of weeks, but we have been BUSY!!!
First of all, if you haven’t tried our amazing new oatmeal fudge bars, come in and get one!
So, construction has begun on the bakery. Our contractor is working hard to make sure we are open the maximum amount of hours and still be able to complete work in a timely manner, which means he’s got his people working half the night!
We’ve started laying down the tile, which looks amazing! Half the storefront tile is complete. Next week, we’ll be doing a switch and moving everything so they can do the other half. The new windows will be going up starting late next week as well. We’ve ordered brand new display cases, which are being built just for us and will be arriving sometime by late June or early July. We’ve also ordered some other new equipment, which I’ll keep under wraps for now because we have got a HUGE surprise for everyone!
