Hey there folks! It’s been a while since we’ve posted an update, but we have been CRAZY BUSY!!! Those delicious New York bagels have taken off like we never imagined and we can hardly keep them stocked!
So! We finally received the last pieces of equipment this week, to finally, FINALLY completely finish construction! Our brand new, very blue and lovely display cases have arrived and they look fantastic! They fit right in to our new decor of blue, white, and silver! Here are photos of them being placed into position!
Ok, so some things on the immediate horizon here at Lax and Mandel Bakery!
First, we know how tough and LONG a fast Tish’a B’Av can be, so why not come into the bakery on Friday and pick up some filling bagels for you pre-fast meal on Shabbat afternoon? We’ll have scheamers available too!
Second, we’re planning a special opening ON Tish’a B’Av from 5 PM to 7 PM Sunday afternoon so you can come get some fresh bagels for your post-fast meal! COME AND GET ‘EM!!!
Finally, we’re planning a GRAND RE-OPENING of Lax and Mandel Bakery on Sunday, August 5! More on this in the coming days!
